Yes, but you’re not going to like the work. Install Audacity and the “lame” software from the Audacity download web site.

Open your show in Audacity and File > Export > Format: MP3 Files > Options: 128
What you’re going to get is a show with all the original sound damage plus the conversions inside Audacity plus the damage of making a new MP3. I bet the new show sounds terrible.
