Cannot download audacity 2.x for windows XP

Hello,

I have tried several times to download audacity 2.0 and 2.0.1 but was not successful with download. I have even tried the zip version for windows XP but every single time i tried i have gotten the error message : cannot download due to incorrect configuration.

Please help.
