So, here’s the deal. I am using Audacity 2.0 (downloaded the exe installer) on a Windows 7 64-bit system and every time I try to export the file to any audio file such as wav or mp3, the file is plagued with static noise. I’ve tried upping the project sample rate and it hasn’t had any effect. What do I do to get rid of the static?
