2.0 unable to execute file (SOLVED)

I have Windows 7, I previously have 1.3.14 Audacity.
I tried to download, install 2.0
It download ok, I thought, at least I have it ready to install, tried to install but red X poped up stating:


"Unable to excute file
C:Program Files (x86)AudacityAudacity.exe

CreateProcess failed; code 740
The requested operation requires elevation

Please assist, thank you

Installing a program on Windows 7 (and Vista) requires Administrative rights.
Try running the installer as an Administrator.
