Can Audacity 2 (Windows 2010; installed from .exe or zip) measure response latencies between a specified number or words recorded? In other words, can Audacity tell me (in miliseconds) how long it took a person to say a particular set of words or how much time elapsed between, say, two/three/four specified words that were recorded?
Not automatically, but if you select the recorded words you can look at the numbers in the Selection Toolbar:

Different “Selection Formats” are available. (e.g. hh:mm:ss + milliseconds)
