tech support phone number

i dont have internet service where my equipment is locate is there a tech support phone number that i can call? it is easier to troubleshoot if i am in front of my pc. tx

You can save everybody a lot of time and trouble by doing your own local machine research and write it all down ahead of time and then posting in the right forum. It once caused several days delay while we figured out that somebody with a 1.2 question had posted in the 1.3 forum and the question was such that we couldn’t tell right away. That’s not helpful.

That’s the Mac version, but you get the idea. All mistakes and omissions take 24 hours to correct because the forum has to ripple around the earth.
