I randomly get audio recordings from one of our automatic recorders that has this type of shutter , almost like a helicopter.

I’m going with “no”. It sounds much like the kind of noise that occurs when a CD “skips”, and that is notoriously difficult to improve.
Sounds like another channel breaking through, rather than skipping.
