Move cursor selection to nearest Zero Crossing of Amplitude

Some editing features are best used if the audio selection boundaries are on “Amplitude Zero Crossing” points.
e.g., You will get clicks in playback if you are not on a zero amplitude crossing point & doing large adjustments in “Amplitude” and “Clip Fix”.
It would be valuable to have a “jump left to nearest amplitude zero crossing point” and a “jump right to nearest amplitude zero crossing point” after you have made an initial audio selection.

Audacity already has “Select Menu: At Zero Crossings” (shortcut “Z”)
