Playing last track over

Are you really using Audacity 1.2? If you are using Windows Vista or 7 you really should be using Audacity 1.3.

This tutorial in the Manual explains how to export multiple tracks for burning to CD. It is for 1.3.x, but the principles are the same for 1.2 (although the interface and menu commands will be different)

What version of Audacity?

To burn separate tracks on the CD you need a separate file for each track.

I don't know why the last track plays over and over.

If you have a separate file for each track, just select them to burn to CD in whatever is the normal way for your CD burning program.
I don't use Windows Media Player so I can't tell you how to use that program.

If you are using Audacity 1.3.x then you are on the wrong forum.
If you are using Audacity 1.2.x then you should upgrade as the 1.2.x series was discontinued years ago. You may however want to wait for a few days as Audacity 2.0 is due out very soon (it will be announced here on the forum and on the main Audacity web site).
