Which, correct me, is only important if the install is permanent. That’s one up side of the blankets and wood. I did the compulsive measurement and triangulation thing where any stick can be used in any position for any size room.
One of the Forum posters also used blankets, but she did the whole thing from Home Store plastic pipes cut and jammed together. In neither case does the “studio” have to survive a wind. It’s just there long enough to cut the echoes bouncing around the room. After the book reading, you can fold it up and jam it in the spare room, closet or garage which is where mine is.
